Hello! Today I have been baking a simple recipe of star shaped cookies.
It is lockdown still -so we don’t have SR flour – so I used wholemeal flour.
On some “school days “I sometimes do baking if I finish early sometimes.These are really simple and are great fun to bake! so roll up your sleeves and lets get baking!
You will need
★ 400grams of wholemeal flower
★sprinkles of your choice(I used hundreds and thousands but anything will do)
★200 grams of caster sugar
★two small eggs (one large will do just as well )
★ one tsp of vanilla extract
How to make
1.put all of the wet ingredients in and stir until smooth
2.add the sprinkles slowly ( stir as you are putting them in)
3.add all the dry ingredients eg – flour
4.knead and roll out
5.cut the shapes out and put on a baking tray
6.put in the oven (gas mark 8)for 20 mins
7. enjoy!
